OVERVIEW: Roxanne is a fencing champion-turned-coach who was forced to retire too young. Her student, Miles, dreams of achieving glory in the NCAA, egged on by his overbearing father, Harvey. When Miles is waitlisted by his dream school, tension brews amongst the three of them. Mounting pressure from Harvey on Roxanne boils over at a local fencing tournament, and Roxanne's former student, Jillian, is caught in the crossfire. As Miles's tunnel vision around the NCAA worsens, Harvey's grip on Roxanne tightens, and Roxanne's relationship with fencing becomes a conflict of interest, Miles heads into an all-or-nothing bout that could spell victory or doom for the fledgeling duo.
