The Istanbul Sports Film Festival brought together two great entertainments of modern times. In our festival where cinema and sports meet, 66 films from 21 countries were screened. In addition, interviews and post-film events were held with the participation of important names from the world of sports and cinema. Touch (Iran), one of the finalists competing in the fiction short film category of our festival, won the best short film award, and Remar (Spain), one of the finalists competing in the documentary film category, won the best documentary award.
In Sports Film Lab, the project support platform of our festival, Ezgi Temel received the production award and Merve Üsküplü received the post-production award.
In the workshops organized within the scope of our festival, 40 students were awarded certificates.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the Istanbul Sports Film Festival, our festival friends and all our sponsors. See you in 2026.
